Francis St. Holder Demonstrates How to Balance A Professional Career and Operate A Business

Francis St. Holder, a tech wizard for the last two decades, has demonstrated that your professional career does not have to be the only job you pursue in your lifetime. Francis has spent twenty years perfecting his skills in information technology and gaining valuable experience in providing services and solutions to clients. He is still very much dedicated to the career that he has high qualifications for thanks to his Bachelor’s of Science in Technical Management degree, and a host of other certifications including CISCO, CCNA/DA, and CC-NP/DC.

Over the years, Francis has had experience with company operations through services he has provided as a founder, manager, operator, and structural expert. Francis has been a part of several companies in the last ten years, including:

The experience gained in all these projects prepared him for ownership of DMV Baggers and Clinton Cycles. These two businesses represent the other face of Francis St. Holder, and what he’s been pursuing besides his professional IT career. In 2015, he partnered with DMV Baggers. Three months later, he became the sole owner and operator of the motorcycle service provider. Shortly afterward in April of the same year, Holder bought Clinton Cycles, a motorcycle dealership.

At DMV Baggers, motorcyclists in the area access customized services for their bikes. Francis has hired top Harley Davidson mechanics and other trained experts from MTT to ensure all his clients access excellent services.

In his other dealership, Clinton Cycles, bikers can buy new or pre-owned motorcycles. Francis even gives them the option of exchanging their old bikes with new ones. Customers can also purchase motorcycle parts and accessories. The dealership has a service center where motorcyclists can have their bikes maintained to keep them in good working condition for longer.

Holder’s businesses have grown to become an important part of the motorcycle community in Maryland. Francis hosts events such as bike nights. Something that has propelled his businesses besides his aptitude for motorcycles is his prior knowledge and skill in customer service, which he has acquired in his career as an IT engineer. After 20 years of helping others run successful businesses, he has decided to become a business owner himself, and a successful one at that.
