And, don’t forget that you want to hire the best so that you get the best results, so you’re looking at the higher end of that average as well. Also, you’ll need to account for training time, which can add thousands to your sales team development budget. With an outsourcing company, you have instant access to a team that’s already fully trained and ready to hit the ground running.

Conclusion

You don’t have to struggle to develop an internal sales team as your company grows. You can temporarily use a sales outsourcing company while you develop your own, or you can use one to bolster your sales until you have the budget to hire and train your own. Of course, if you decide to use an outsourcing company permanently, you can certainly go that route as well.
