Your mind can be a swirling vortex of thoughts, so try to calm it down as you stand up and walk outside. Moreover, take a couple of deep breaths to calm yourself down.

Coming up with a strategy is part of the game, so if you lose it’s a good idea to get back to the drawing board. Hydrate and get refreshments or snacks to fuel your body and mind.
