How to Be a Tech-Savvy

First, let me explain to you about tech savvy. It defined as “Knowledgeable about or expert in using advanced technology especially electronic computers.” Tech-Savvy means that you could use all the modern technologies with confidence, minimal annoyance and with ease. It does not relate to your age, your life experience, your previous technical skills, you can become a Tech-Savvy at any age of your life. Because nowadays, there are many online resources present you can learn anything in no time. You can learn any programming language, designing, gaming skills, Android and web application freely. It does not mean to power on the computer. It also does not intend to spend a lot of money on modern gadgets. It only says to use technology efficiently and proficiently, here are some steps that you can follow to start this adventure:

  • Start using Google

Google can be your friend, if you have any query then search your questions on google you will find the ultimate answer to your problem.

  • Search information about computers:

You can find information about computers on websites, YouTube, local library or in e-books, it will start enhancing your general knowledge on computer.

  • Become knowledgeable in different fields:

You should gain knowledge of various areas such as digital media, social media marketing, email marketing, create your website using free domains it will help you at any point of your life.

  • Become Expert:

Learn the skills of your interest at an expert level to become tech-savvy.

  • Learn to remove the virus from your computer:

Learn how can you remove viruses from your computer, get knowledge about different antiviruses. Some great antiviruses are Malwarebytes, Avast Spybot.

  • Learn how to write a program:

You cannot make anything new in the computer world without programming skills. You can create windows, apps, websites, a desktop application using programming languages. Some programming languages that you can learn in your beginning level of becoming tech-savvy is Java, C, C++, Html, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, PHP, PYTHON. You can enhance your programming skills by sitting home by taking online tutorials.

  • Use a Linux or Unix Operating System:

If you want to be a tech- savvy I recommend using Unix operating system because a techy person mostly uses the Unix operating system in the world. Unix operating system is open source anyone can use it, and you can view its code too. So, it will help in enhancing your programming skills and learning about technical skills.

  • Join the online community of another tech-savvy:

You can join the online community where you will meet many techs savvies. You can ask technical questions to them they will provide you answer in no time.

  • Make the technical conversation with your expert colleagues:

You should make technical and scientific discussion with your colleagues; this will grow your technical knowledge.

And of course, you need the right tools, a good PC, laptop and smartphones that are reliable and versatile. If you are mobile you need a good and durable casing for these devices in order to properly protect them from the elements.
